Miriam Merci, Brazilian resident in Italy.
Plastic artist-speaker-artisan- enterprising woman- ambassador of the Popular Culture of the Northeast.
Born in Recife - Pernambuco - Brazil, in his youth he moved to Fortaleza Ceará where he began his artistic career, his point
of departure for various artistic movements that are expanding to other States.
For three years he exhibited his art at national and international events at the Fortaleza Convention Center.
In 2004 he joined the group of artists from the Marina of Vilamoura - Algarve - Portugal where he shows his paintings annually. Unique woman is the only Brazilian painter to be part of the group of artists from different countries.
Abroad participated in individual and collective exhibitions in several countries such as Portugal, Italy, France, Spain, New York,
Germany.
Author of the collection and the Popular Culture project that gained international recognition and the title of Ambassador of popular culture from northeast.
Its project rescues the culture from the origin Lusa, the African and Indigenous influences in the construction of Brazilian popular culture.
O The project entered public and private schools as a paradise material in eight Brazilian states.
AWARDS:
Winning Trophy Gold of the Sebrae Women's Business 2015 prize, undertaking with Brazilian popular art and culture.

O projeto Pintores Mirins apresenta vida e obra da artista plástica e embaixadora da cultura popular do Nordeste Miriam Merci. Conquistou 1* lugar, troféu e medalha de ouro na Feira do Conhecimento 2017 em Recife e credenciamento pela FENECON e pela Secretaria de educação do Recife. No evento Milset Brasil 2018 em Fortaleza, conquistou 2* lugar e prêmio internacional para participar do Milset 2019 em ABU DHABI EMIRADOS ÁRABES UNIDOS DUBAI.
